# The Mindware Connection Making Your Office More Productive and Efficient JUST USING YOUR VOICE!
## [You Already Love Speech Recognition - Love It Some More](https://www.mindwareconnections.com/blog/top-three-reasons-to-invest-in-trainings-1)

[](https://www.mindwareconnections.com/dragon-software-professional)Speech recognition is a way to use your voice to operate a device, perform commands, or write without having to use a keyboard, mouse, or press any buttons. Speech Recognition has been around for a very long time. It sounds futuristic, but in reality has been used for years in the form of speaking your answer to an automated telephone prompt to creating your shopping list on Amazon Echo. When you speak and receive a response... that is speech recognition. Since using speech recognition with smart speakers (Amazon Echo, Google Nest, Apple Homepod, etc.) is so easy... we can see creating emails, letters, reports and such with our voices is a natural next step.
**Here are three reasons to start using Dragon Professional Anywhere Speech Recognition Software in your daily tasks:**
**1. Easy To Use**
With the announcement of Dragon Professional Anywhere this past September, speech recognition has never been easier. Just simply install this cloud-based software and start speaking instead of typing. Anything you normally type can now be spoken - from letters and emails to contracts and case studies. No worrying about purchasing and installing new updates to software because in the cloud, updates are made automatically. With no per-device limits, you can stay productive anywhere!
**2. Saves Time**
We speak much faster than we can type. So using speech recognition to do daily emails and documents saves time, allowing you to focus on other important tasks. Time saved could give you opportunity to do things you've always wanted to tackle, perhaps even write a novel (by speaking of course). In addition, the ability to add custom voice commands such as "send meeting agenda to sales team" reduces the steps it takes to manually send your form.
**3. It's Efficient**[](https://www.mindwareconnections.com/dragon-software-professional)
Delivering up to 99% speech recognition accuracy, Dragon Professional Anywhere is highly efficient and provides immediate results. This new software achieves increasingly accurate results the more you use it by leveraging the latest in Deep Learning technology. So typical documents like emails become even easier the more you use it. In addition, you can work hands-free!
